Agricultural products
Zarrin Tejarat Makran is proud to be active in the export of agricultural products, including fruits and vegetables. Among the export items in the above category, we can mention horticultural and agricultural products such as kiwi, oranges, tomatoes, watermelons, bell peppers, etc. The target markets for the above products are Central Asian countries and Russia.
Grains and inputs
Also, due to the extensive connections of this complex, Zarrin Tejarat Makran has been a continuous player in this market in the import of grains and inputs, including wheat, barley, and corn, whether in the human or livestock product categories, by creating a cycle of importing these products.
Roset Residential Complex
The largest project built in the Shahr Ziba neighborhood of Tehran is the Rosette Twin Towers. This project, named Rosette Shahr Ziba, was designed and built on a land area of 10,731 square meters with a total area of 78,212 square meters in two blocks of 20. The architecture of this project was done by the architects named, which includes 440 residential units with an area of 85 to 135 square meters, 15 commercial units and 500 parking units. This project has amenities including a centralized lobby, kindergarten, library, equipped playground for children, badminton and tennis courts, laundry, swimming pool, gym, meeting room, health road, roof garden and other amenities. This project was put into operation in 1402.
Chabahar Logistics Park Project
Arman Makran Logistics Park is located on the shores of Shahid Kalantari Port, which is one of the closest ports to Central Asia, Afghanistan, India and Pakistan.
This project, with the participation of the Chabahar Free Zone Organization, is the largest logistics-commercial services park in Iran with an area of 82 hectares, designed in the main categories of financial-commercial, welfare services, basic logistics services and infrastructure services and is currently under construction.
Petroleum and petrochemical products
Zarrin Tejarat Makran is very active in the export of petroleum products, including light and heavy hydrocarbons, as well as in the supply and import of petroleum derivatives such as gasoline and diesel. The export destinations are neighboring countries, and the supply and import destinations of petroleum products are Russia and Central Asia.
Robotic pharmacy
Urmia Robotic Pharmacy is the first and only robotic pharmacy in Iran. This project, with a capacity to deliver 1,200 prescriptions per day, was launched by Sinatheb Makran Company in cooperation with the Finnish company New Icon in 2018. The benefits of this project include reducing human error, increasing the speed and accuracy of drug delivery, real-time inventory management, and eliminating physical prescriptions.
